Mr. Robert Enoch Hinton

ROBERT ENOCH HINTON affectionately known as “Bo” was born on September 7, 1987 in Brooklyn, New York. He later moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he would live until he was eleven years old. In 1999 he was reunited with his family in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn. As a child “Bo” was funny, smart and a silent master mind, as a man he was the same way with an even more powerful spirit. The name “Bo” was given to him by his great Aunt Sandy because he loved his “bo bo” he was also called “Baby” and “The Boy” because he was our only son. He attended PS 150 Elementary School and Maxwell High School. Amongst many other gifts and talents Bo was extremely generous and wanted to elevate those close to him. He took college courses in hopes of opening up his own business. In life Bo was faced with many challenges and overcame many obstacles. Obstacles, that other people could never muster. Bo was loyal and had plenty of heart. Fear was never an option. Our protector has departed, but his unconditional love and commitment to family will always remain with us. Bo left us with many happy memories and a spirit of strength. His infectious smile, his wild laugh and determined voice will resonate in our souls for eternity. He leaves a legacy of resilience and living your truth. No one will ever compare. We will miss you but we know there is a greater plan in place. Beyond the sorrow in these streets and the pain we bare we know you are now surrounded by comfort and everlasting joy. There will be no more suffering. Bo is survived by his Mother; Parys Johnson, Father; Robert Mingle, Sisters; Erica Hinton, Keviah Johnson, Kajahmaya Johnson, and Khadijah Mumin. Niece; Kayleann Johnson, Nephews; Myaire, Nasire and Kyaire Hinton, Great Aunts, Cassandra Wiles, Lynette Johnson and Georgette Johnson, Aunt; Jennien Manning, Uncles; Mark and Kevin Mingle, Clarence Williams and Elijah Hurtle, Girlfriend; Michele Fouchard and Best Friend aka “Bro” Ramel Handy. He also leaves behind a host of cousins and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his grandmothers; Yvonne Johnson, Carolann Mingle, grandfather; Alfred Hinton, great grand parents Viola and Nathan Wiles. Submitted in Love, The Family Final words we are left with “Bo” – “I gotta get outta here Mommy” And his niece Kayleann that he loved with his whole heart would say “Uncle Bo be back”
