MRS. DIANE JONES-ALLEN was born on July 15th,1956 in Brooklyn, New York to the parents of the late William O. Jones and the late Annie L. Wilson JonesFarmer.Diane graduated from Franklin K. Lane High School in 1975 and obtained an Associate's Degree from Borough of Manhattan Community College. Diane was united in matrimony to Joseph Allen on September 27,1977. Theywere blessed with five children, three boys, and two girls.Diane provided for her family with love and support. She grew up knowing theLord from her late Mother who ensured that her children had a strong spiritual foundation. Diane was a faithful, and active member of the church and loved the Lord. Diane lived a humble life with her children and siblings. She loved to smile and play family games. She loved all types of music, the arts, movie trivia, watching movies, world history, and geography. She loved fashion and decorating her home. She loved her grandchildren and helped with taking care of them. Diane was employed by the City of New York as a Crew Chief before starting her Day Care Business as a licensed provider with Faith Hope & Charity in 1992-2014. Diane loved taking care of the children and felt proud when her former students would stop by to visit with her knowing their dreams were being met. Diane was taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital on March 7th and passed away from her sickness on March 26, 2022.Left to cherish her memories: sons, Mr. Esau (wife Akia), Jacob and Immanuel Allen, daughter: Mrs. Bathsheba Allen-Sanderlin. Her sister Ms. Cinda B. Farmer, brothers: William S. Jones and Jason W. Jones (wife Cheryl) and grand-children: Esau Jr., Solomon, Theodore, Ezekiel, Caleb, Elijah Allen, and Joshua D. Cirella, granddaughters Keturah, Kawana, Fayth, Lila Ann Allen, nephew: James L. Cooper, and niece: Madison J. Jones, Aunt Mary Wilson Duke (husband Franky) Queens, New York, and Uncle Jerome Wilson (wife Pearl Mae) of Estill, South Carolina, and a host of relatives and friends. Proceeded with death by her daughter Rachel L. Allen and her sister Deborah E. Jones, brother Luke E. Jones, nephew David S Cooper III, Aunt Rena Mae Wilson-Bing, and Uncle George Wilson Jr.
